Program's Beginnings
Birchwood Child Care, Inc. was established in 2005 to provide quality care for the children located in Sebago and our surrounding communities.  Birchwood Child Care is an expansion of 100 Acre Wood Child Care in Sebago where I (Brigitte Osgood) owned and operated a licensed home day care from 1999 - 2005.  In those 6 years we outgrew our space.  The decision to build a larger facility was the answer.

Making our center a very warm and welcoming place to visit each day is very important to me. At Birchwood I handle most of the office details and assist with our staff and children. Besides running the day care, I also encourage community socialization at Birchwood through Kid's Nights and special holiday events. I bring 10+ years experience working with all age groups in my licensed home day care and assisted at other daycare's. Currently finishing up my Early Childhood Education Degree, I reside in Sebago with my husband and three children.
